Founder and baker Jeremy MacCormack first began selling at local farmers' markets in 2010, and since then, Bellbird has been crafting high-quality sourdough bread, croissants, and traditional French pastries. They use sustainable, locally sourced ingredients and traditional slow fermentation – and you can taste it in every bite.

The Holmwood store is Bellbird’s third location, following their flagship bakery at The Tannery and their permanent stall at Riverside Market. Nestled in a block of neighbourhood shops, Bellbird Holmwood is warm, inviting and has rooted itself as the local neighbourhood bakery.
