Thought the beach town of Sumner couldn’t get any more relaxing? Think again. Nestled on the corner of Wakefield Ave and Nayland Street, Face.it is a holistic studio designed to uplift your body, mind, and soul.

Hailing from Poland, Agata founded Face.it in late 2023, introducing Ōtautahi locals to an all-new facial experience. Her treatments focus on natural techniques to tone facial muscles, release tension, enhance skin elasticity, and reduce stress-related wrinkles. The studio has become wildly popular for its Kobido treatment, a Japanese facial massage that works deep below the skin’s surface to support the underlying structures that change with age. Think of it as nature’s best facelift – no needles required.

Other heavenly treatments include face sculpting, cupping, brow lamination, and facials tailored to men’s skincare needs. Whichever option you pick from the delicious menu, expect highly personalised care, complete relaxation, a deep detox, and long-lasting results. The space itself adds another layer to the experience, with a calming neutral palette and soft, natural materials creating an oasis of tranquillity.

While slowing down the appearances of wrinkles and restoring firmness is a welcome benefit, Face.it’s wellness philosophy goes beyond that. It’s about finding balance, relieving tension, boosting your inner well-being, and cheering on your skin’s natural ability to regenerate from everyday stress. Whether you’re looking to address specific skin concerns or just fancy an incredibly relaxing experience, Agata has created a safe, supportive and feel-great environment to unwind.

Still need convincing? Take a moment to watch one of Face.it’s massage videos on Instagram – if they’re that soothing on screen, you can imagine just how blissful the real thing is.
