Saigon Corner’s top sellers like the salt and pepper squid, are prepared with the freshest ingredients available and pack a punch in terms of flavour. Pieces of perfectly fried squid are dusted in S&P and presented on a generous bed of thinly sliced green apple, spring onions, carrots, cabbage and peanuts, plus a zingy dressing. With so much crunch and colourful produce, this dish will satisfy your every craving but also leave you feeling well nourished.

Coconut roast duck curry is one of the specialty dishes that are also not to be missed, and happens to be both dairy and gluten free, too. The roast duck is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and the rich, coconut flavours plus pieces of pineapple and other veggies, tie it all together. Be sure to check the specials board when you arrive, to see what’s on offer.

If you’re after traditional beef Pho soup or Vietnamese coffee, Saigon Corner is the place. Their bahn mi makes the perfect snacker and is prepared fresh in front of you with a choice of  roast pork belly, grilled chicken, lemongrass beef, fish cake or tofu. The menu also features summer rolls, crispy spring rolls, sticky rice and noodle salads.

To wrap up your meal with something sweet, go for the banana sago pudding or panna cotta with almonds and lychee. With all of the fresh Vietnamese flavours (and plenty of options for gluten and dairy free eaters), you simply can’t go wrong at Saigon Corner.

If you’re in a rush, you can get anything on the menu to takeaway, but the spacious seating area and upbeat tunes make it a vibrant spot for a dine in meal, too.
