Authentic through and through and taking the idea of an open-plan kitchen to a new level, Yamato is one of those places that you can trust from the get-go. Sit around the U-shaped bar and watch the chefs slice sashimi and roll sushi with expert grace — we reckon there’s nothing like watching your food be prepared to really get the anticipation going.

Kimono-wearing smiley staff, complimentary green tea and the freshest fish you’ll taste, Yamato is an all-around authentic Japanese experience.
