Bowler has stepped onto the Wynyard Quarter dining scene, bringing a fresh new energy to the mix. Already a hit at its Les Mills Victoria Park location, Bowler is redefining fast-casual dining with its satisfying salad bowls, smoothies, and acai.

Designed to be convenient without cutting corners on quality, each bowl is piled high with locally sourced ingredients, mixed to perfection, and served fresh. The goal? More food, to more people. Whether you’re after post-workout fuel or a wholesome meal on the go, Bowler makes eating well both easy and enjoyable.

At its core, Bowler exists to shake up New Zealand’s healthy food scene. The idea was born from making similar bowls at home and realising the gap in the market for convenient, nutritious meals that didn’t compromise on flavour or portion size. Determined to change that, Bowler set out to deliver fresh, bold, and satisfying food at great value.

Bowler keeps things streamlined with a simple menu of carefully crafted salad bowls, each bursting with bold flavours. The #2 Beef Brisket bowl reigns as the fan favourite, packed with slow-cooked NZ brisket, harissa, tahini, pickles, and crisp greens——with regulars often throwing on extra chilli for an added kick. For those after a different protein, the Mt Cook Salmon bowl is another crowd favourite, featuring edamame, avocado, furikake, and a punchy ponzu dressing. Beyond salads, Bowler also serves up acai bowls, smoothies, and Supreme coffee, all with the same commitment to top-tier ingredients.

With its no-nonsense approach to healthy eating, Bowler is bringing something fresh to Auckland’s dining scene. It proves that fast food can be vibrant, flavorful, and genuinely good for you. As they continue to grow, Bowler is set to make nutritious, satisfying meals more accessible than ever, proving that grabbing life by the bowl is the way to go.
