For too many women, shoe shopping can be an unpleasant experience. Too few options, uninterested shop assistants and a lack of high-quality footwear is enough to put anyone off the task of finding the right pair of shoes. But thankfully, Head Over Heels in Christchurch is on hand to make shoe shopping a dreamy experience for all involved. There's a huge range of shoes on display, but thanks to the store’s clever layout, there's little chance of feeling overwhelmed at the amount of choice on offer.

With beautiful shoes in all shapes and sizes displayed around the store, there’s still plenty of room to peruse the many options available. Stock changes with the seasons, although you’ll find an extensive range of brogues, boots and stylish heels no matter the time of year, and your feet are in good hands thanks to the knowledgeable staff. Head Over Heels also works closely with designers to have custom designs and colours made exclusively for the boutique.

With New Zealand and international labels abound, expect plenty of classic designs, mixed with fashion-forward options from the latest collections of top designers. Much loved New Zealand labels like Beau Coop and Chaos and Harmony are stocked alongside established international brands such as Trippen, Arche and Vic Matie. Shoes aren’t all that’s on offer, though. Head Over Heels also stocks an extensive range of Valley Eyewear to keep you looking stylish from head to toe, as well as Royal Republiq bags and backpacks. The High Street based boutique is a destination no shoe-lover will want to miss, and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more extensive and stylish range of shoes to suit many tastes.
