Tucked away off Ferry Road in Christchurch’s Ferrymead, you’ll find yourSPAce, a studio that feels more like a cosy reprieve from the busy city just outside the door. Owner Michalina describes it as a sanctuary, specialising in lymphatic drainage massage and body sculpting treatments. It’s the place to come when you want to feel lighter inside and out, and here, self-care is not treated as indulgent but essential.

A sense of calm comes over you as soon as you enter yourSPAce, with the studio intentionally designed to add to the overall effectiveness of the treatment you’re receiving. The space is calm and welcoming, with plenty of plants, a soft colour palette and natural textures in play to make you feel instantly relaxed.

Michalina first learned about lymphatic drainage massage when she was on her own health journey, and she was searching for a deeper understanding of how the body truly works. When she discovered the techniques that help reduce bloating, improve circulation, and enhance your natural shape, she knew she wanted to share this with others. Your Space was born, and every treatment is crafted with intention and uses the understanding of the body’s natural rhythm to help each client feel refreshed and confident in their own skin.

With every session tailored to your individual needs, whether this be post-travel recovery, post-partum, seeking digestive support or looking to boost your energy, Michalina will use gentle yet effective manual techniques. She invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and enjoy connecting to your body. After all, we could all do with more moments of peace in our day.
