There are certain rules about breakfast we seem to adhere to. Why are we so religious about our dedication to eggs, bacon and hash browns? Gather has been serving Supreme coffee and decadent breakfast dishes to the people of Frankton since November 2016, reimagining the early meal.
The café is a local favourite with friendly service, sunny decor and a cabinet full of delicious treats. Presentation is key to the ethos at Gather, and customers are wowed by the café's attention to the small details that make dining memorable and enjoyable.
This family-run business prides itself on catering to customers' needs, going the extra mile to make things special. The sweets in the cabinet - doughnuts, eclairs, cakes, crumpets, brioche, and more - are made by an on-site pastry chef. The daughter runs the kitchen and all the menus, while Mum is in charge of front of house.
Cold press juices from Loft, the entire range of Karma Cola, Six Barrel Soda and tea from Noble & Savage provide plenty of choice for thirsty visitors, while a clean white aesthetic with bright banana leaves on their feature walls brings some famous ‘Melbourne-style’ to the café scene in Hamilton.
