Hamilton’s O-Studio offers visitors a complete reset for both body and mind. Founded in 2025 by Brooke and Cam Hayde, the space wraps yoga, pilates, meditation, float therapy, saunas, massage, and recovery tools like Normatec boots into one warm, modern hub. With 22 weekly meditation, yoga and pilates classes and a mix of communal and private experiences, it’s built for everyone from first-time meditators right through to high-performance athletes.

For Brooke, a former Black Stick hockey player, and Cam, whose construction know-how helped bring the vision to life, O-Studio is a passion project years in the making. It draws on Brooke’s understanding that sustained high performance, both on the field and in life, starts with well-being. Step inside and the design does the talking: high ceilings, floods of natural light, and earthy tones that hush the mind before a class even begins. Custom-made scents, low lighting, and thoughtful amenities work quietly in the background to create a space that feels both energising and grounding.

Opening in May 2025 as the sixth location in a growing franchise, the Hamilton studio builds on a national mission to make self-care as accepted and understood as hitting the gym. The “O” in the name reflects a never-ending cycle, completeness and symmetry, a nod to how their services touch every part of life. Flexible membership tiers make it easy to dip a toe in or dive all the way into their holistic offering, with casual drop-in rates available at reasonable price points for those just wanting to give it a go.

Hamilton locals have already made the communal sauna the social heart of the space, while the float rooms offer deep, private restoration for stress relief, better sleep, and pain management. The studio’s six staff, plus a roster of skilled teachers and massage therapists, keep the experience personal and welcoming. Whether you’re visiting for recovery, relaxation, or connection, O-Studio is fast becoming the city’s go-to for modern well-being done right.
