Mani-pedi lovers residing in or near Christchurch’s seaside suburb of Ferrymead, 1999 House of Nails is the place to go to fulfil all your builder gel manicure and deluxe hot stone pedicure needs (plus so much more!) The second location for 1999 House of Nails owners Nghi and Tri, they opened this salon in Ferrymead to bring their premium nail offering closer to those on the east side of Christchurch.

1999 House of Nails first opened in Ōtautahi in 2023 with their Manchester Street location, and with its popularity growing at a rapid rate, a second location made complete sense. From the get-go, Nghi and Tri have operated with the mission of creating beautiful, lasting nails while delivering an exceptional salon experience every time.

This Ferrymead salon follows a nail bar concept, clients sit side by side — perfect for socialising or group bookings and being able to sit together. The space features a luxe orange velvet couch for the pedicure area and a gorgeous marble countertop for manicure stations. The overall design embraces a modern minimalist aesthetic, and it is a relaxing reprieve from the busyness of day-to-day life.

From the simplest of pedicures to the most intricate of nail art designs on your manicure, nothing is too small or too big a task for the skilled nail technicians at 1999 House of Nails - Ferrymead. Leave the outside world behind as you walk in the front door and enjoy unwinding while your nails are transformed in front of your eyes.
