The Crafted & Co

These compact caravans may be small but do not be deceived - maximum flavour and quality can be found at each one. Everything (and we mean everything right down to the sauces) is homemade at The Crafted and Co.’s prep kitchen.

You will find burgers like the ever popular Chipotle Fried Chicken on the menu. This one comes served with whiskey bacon jam, tomato chutney, streaky bacon and aioli. The beef burger, meanwhile, is made with Hawke’s Bay Wagyu Beef, balsamic onion jam, streaky bacon, melty cheddar, aioli and greens. Every burger is served on a toasted brioche bun, which is soft yet sturdy enough to support all the delicious fillings.

And because burgers are for everyone, The Crafted and Co. does some mean vego numbers. Their handmade falafel burger (which can be made vegan) comes with pickled eggplant chutney, lemon mayo, pickles and greens, while the fish burger is constructed with panko crusted market fish, green tomatillo salsa, salads and caper mayo. ‘The Vego’ comes heaped with pan fried halloumi, portobello mushrooms, tomato chutney and aioli.

For dessert, The Crafted and Co. offers an array of brioche donuts and other treats. Flavours have included jelly tip, Caramilk, Snickers and Kitkat, and the lemon meringue pie squares, mint chocolate mud cake (gf and vegan) and mellow sammies are too tasty to pass up.
