Come see what all the fuss is about and make a trip to the Allpress café on the Sydenham side of Montreal Street. A clean, open space, for encouraging free thinking on coffee dates and business meetings. What was an old junk-filled mechanic workshop has since been converted into a stylish, modern café space and barista training facility (have a look at the photos on top of the food cabinet to see the transformation that has taken place).

Order a piccolo and peek through the glass windows into their training service hub, where the Allpress baristas of Christchurch are taught the craft of fine coffee. The café has a cabinet of Italian-style sandwiches, savoury or sweet loaves and daily seasonal breakfast and lunch plates all reasonably priced.

For the health conscious caffeine-avoider, there is freshly squeezed juice and delicious green smoothies (with all the goodness like spinach, banana, pineapple, kale, flaxseed, wheatgrass, and spirulina). As a coffee roaster, who is all about delivering exceptional flavour, Allpress is reaching out to the Christchurch café scene; come down, taste, see, get coffee for home and share in the precise craft of coffee, Allpress style.
