A modern restaurant in the heart of Kaikōura, Zephyr offers quality food in a relaxed yet stylish environment.

The restaurant is run by the seasoned hospitality pair Richard Allan and Corinna Driscoll, and Zephyr is their fourth venture in the hospitality sector in Kaikōura.

The menu at Zephyr is based on French cuisine and focuses mostly on various meats, such as duck and pork, but there are also seafood and vegetarian options available for the non-carnivore. Everything that comes out of the kitchen is made on-site by Richard and his team, from pate to ravioli. The restaurant strives to use local produce, and boasts an entirely New Zealand-focussed wine list.

Great service and looking after the locals and visitors that come in to dine, is of utmost importance to the pair behind Zephyr. Expect to be well looked after by Corinna and her front of house team, while enjoying some of the best food available in town. Booking ahead is essential.
