For a town of 15,000 people, Havelock North seriously punches above its weight in regards to the number of stunning boutiques, incredible second-hand clothing finds and where artisan producers have set up shop.

Havelock Road is a gold mine of shopping destinations to visit when you’re in Havelock North. The first of these is The Hanger, catering to both men's and women's fashion, they stock many sought-after labels such as Assembly Label, RUBY, RM Williams and Stolen Girlfriends Club. The Hawke’s Bay region is known for being home to many incredible coffee roasters and in Havelock North there happen to be two of the best. Take this shopping opportunity to stock up on some freshly roasted beans and any other coffee paraphernalia you might need from either Hawthorne Coffee Roastery or Workroom (operated by Firsthand Coffee Roasters).
