First earning a loyal, well-fed Dunedin following on Vogel Street, Precinct's spacious venue gives the family-owned team room to do more of what they do best: feeding people. Because fresh plants aren't allowed inside the building, the space cleverly leans into warm natural timber and slatted screens, making for a simple, soothing feel. Framed by a glass conservatory entrance, all the showstoppers are blanketed in natural light - the low-slung terrazzo counter, gleaming espresso machine, and a glass cabinet putting on a show.

Behind the glass, you'll find pastry staples alongside house favourites, from almond croissants and coconut pandan scrolls to packed gourmet sandwiches. Meanwhile, the kitchen takes things up a level with a seasonal menu that caters generously to dietary needs.
